About Brent Rippentrop

Business professional Brent Rippentrop serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for RSC Equipment, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining the team at RSC Equipment, Brent Rippentrop spent nearly three decades with Deere & Company.

A former finance and marketing executive at Deere and Company, Brent Rippentrop influenced many areas of the corporation, including finance, credit, business development, marketing, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.

In the early 1980s, Brent Rippentrop worked as an Internal Auditor and an Accountant for Deere and Company after completing a summer accounting internship at the firm’s Waterloo Tractor Works. By the middle of the decade, Brent Rippentrop worked as a Systems Analyst at John Deere Information Systems, a new arm of the company designed to develop and implement business automation systems for John Deere dealers. As a Sales Finance Analyst, Brent Rippentrop devised a business planning model for U.S. and Canadian dealers. In 1988, Brent Rippentrop moved to John Deere Credit, where he put his financial acumen to work as Pricing Manager.

When he assumed the position of Director of Market Development at Sunstate Equipment Company, Brent Rippentrop began a decade of successful executive roles. In this position, Brent Rippentrop employed the lessons he had learned at Deere and Company and massively expanded the firm’s market coverage.

Brent Rippentrop’s time at Deere and Company and its affiliates was marked by his dedication to work and maintaining versatility. A native of Titonka, Iowa, Brent Rippentrop now lives in Waukee and enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
